ARC Laundry

Important Note

The laundry building underwent a fairly extensive renovation in the Fall of 2008.  New photos will be coming soon.  However, the surrounding buildings are still major zombie habitats (possibly protected by the EPA as spawning grounds or something), so be on your guard.

Description

A laundry room set up on-site at Ames/Moffett Field.  Much of the building is buried and covered with sod, and it's surrounded by an housing complex that was abandoned/condemned, apparently because of abestos risks.  The setting looks like something from a zombie movie, but the laundry machines are reasonably modern and free.

Use of the laundry building is supposed to be limited to people who are living in the Lodge or who are otherwise authorized to be here.  The door is controlled by a keypad lock; ask for the current code at the NASA Exchange Lodge main desk in Bldg 19.
